A Gingerbread House for DCI
On Monday Erin (Sales) brought in a gingerbread house she made from scratch with her family. Every year she and her family make gingerbread and frosting and shop for perfect holiday candy to make their annual batch of gingerbread houses. Yes, plural. Erin’s family makes several gingerbread houses every year. Never in all of that time has a gingerbread house been eaten so quickly as the one she brought to work. We devoured the whole house in two days. By Tuesday Darnell (Claims) labelled the ruins a “crack house.” Check out the before and after pictures below and you’ll see what he means:

This particular house was imagined as Santa’s fishing getaway. Note the Swedish fish in the before picture. Cheers to Erin for such a tasty office treat.
